Scrum Training
Scrum.org, the Home of Scrum, was founded by Scrum co-creator Ken Schwaber as a mission-based organization to help people and teams solve complex problems. We do this by enabling people to apply Professional Scrum through training courses, certifications and ongoing learning all based on a common competency model.
All of our courses provide a hands-on learning experience led by Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) who are experienced practitioners, vetted for their knowledge and teaching ability and go through additional training before they can teach each course.

All of our courses provide a hands-on learning experience led by Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) who are experienced practitioners, vetted for their knowledge and teaching ability and go through additional training before they can teach each course.
All courses are maintained by course Stewards who work with the 340+ PST community members to leverage their collective expertise. Each PST brings their own real-world experience into the classroom while using a consistent set of learning materials.
Scrum.org supports people wherever they are on their learning journey from beginner to highly experienced practitioner, helping them to grow over time with ongoing learning opportunities and resources. Community members share knowledge and gain new insights from each other leveraging forums, blogs and more.

Scrum Courses
Applying Professional Scrum
In this two day class* students learn to apply Professional Scrum.
They experience new, agile ways of working that enable teams to deliver more value, satisfy stakeholders and work better together.
Students work together as a team in a series of Sprints to solve complex problems, facing similar challenges that they face outside of class and learning how to use Scrum to address them.
These Sprints enable students to see the practical application of Scrum and to understand the value of an Agile mindset.
Professional Scrum Master
In this two day class* students are challenged to explore the Agile and Scrum principles so they can better understand what to do when applying Scrum to support their teams and organizations.
Students leave this course with an appreciation for Professional Scrum, the agile mindset and how to deal with common myths and impediments to agility.
They gain the knowledge and understanding about how to choose and apply the appropriate practices and techniques that will be most beneficial for their Scrum Teams.
Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills
Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) is an interactive one-day course designed to help teams and individuals develop proficiency in facilitation skills, so that they can help teams better solve problems, build consensus, and foster transparency.
Great Scrum Teams are self-managing, cross functional and have the ability and skills necessary to drive to successful outcomes.
But team interactions don’t always go as expected and cause conflict or roadblocks. Effective facilitation can help teams move forward toward their desired outcomes

I’m a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, offering Scrum training in the UK. I am an Agile and Executive Coach, who’s led large-scale Agile Transformations with multi-year cross-sector experience, primarily focused on the Financial Services industry.
Extremely passionate about customer-centricity and building capability at all levels in the organisation to enable Business Agility and create a safe working environment for teams to experiment and thrive using the Scrum framework.
